ReefHub collects only what’s necessary to make it work. We don’t sell your data. We don’t run ads. Your tank parameters are not shared with third parties. You can delete everything at any time.
Username and hashed password. Optionally, your email address for alerts.
Parameter readings, device states, livestock records, photos and videos you upload for AI analysis, notes and schedules.
Basic server access logs (IP, timestamp, page accessed). Used for debugging and security only. Retained 30 days. Never shared.
ReefHub is designed to run on your own hardware. Your tank data is stored on your machine. It does not automatically sync to our servers. When you use cloud features (AI analysis, email alerts), data is transmitted securely to process that request only.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data. Ever.
Photos and videos uploaded for ReefBot analysis are transmitted securely to our AI infrastructure. They are used solely to generate the analysis you requested. We do not use your tank photos to train AI models without your explicit consent.
You can export your data at any time using the CSV export feature. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
